These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of commonhours.ca (the "Site"), operated by Common Hours ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes, to describe our services, and to allow you to contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else.

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Content on the Site, including any articles, newsletters, guides, or FAQ answers, is provided for general information only. Consulting services
The Site describes our consulting services, but nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services or creates a client relationship. Submitting a form, sending an email, or booking an introductory conversation does not make you a client. Consulting engagements begin only when both parties sign a consulting agreement, and those engagements are governed by the terms of that agreement, not these Terms. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and subject to change.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, brand elements, and design, are owned by Common Hours or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.
User submissions
If you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information, including employee personal information, through the Site's contact form. That information should only be shared under a signed consulting agreement. Our handling of personal information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep Site content accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
